Customer Support Excellence with Boeing

Every day, Boeing airplanes carry people and goods to every corner of the world. Boeing Field Service Regional Manager Chris Perry will provide a detailed overview of the Boeing Customer Support Organization, and insight on how Boeing provides world class 7/24 support to the airlines for the more than 10,000 Boeing commercial jetliners operating in service, keeping them flying reliably and safely.

During the presentation Chris walked through real world examples of airline technical inquires and lead us through the steps required to provide quality responses or solutions to airline customers.
