2018 Annual General Meeting

The Hong Kong PolyTechnic University Aviation Research Services Centre hosted this year’s AGM.

This year would be a significant as our Chairman, Christopher Gibbs, steps down after 11 years and handed over the reins to Neil Glenn, Director Engineering, Cathay Pacific Airways.  We said farewell to committee member Marc Chere who retired from Boeing.

The committee grew in numbers and capability as we announced newly elected committee members, Mr Kent Wong (Metrojet), Mr Martin Hall (G550 pilot), Mr Chris Entwistle (CAE), Mr WK Chan (HAECO) and finally Mr John Kinsman (Boeing)

After our AGM, members were introduced to the ASRC and then given an interactive tour of the ASRC.  From the gallery you can see new technologies and processes that the ASRC was developing for the local aviation industry.
